Happy Monday and Welcome Back! It seemed to be a long weekend for me as I reorganized the craft room. What a job! It did take me a couple of days to finish, but I am loving the results. So, on this gloomy, rainy Monday morning, I am back in the craft room creating with In Bloom stamp set.
Today’s Creation
I am so happy to be back in the craft room again today. I really do hate not being able to sit in my room and come up with and create with the sets from Stampin’ Up! This week I will be showcasing the In Bloom bundle. This bundle consists of really pretty flower stamps with amazing pierced dies. This set carried over from the 2020 Annual Catalog and I am thrilled that it did.
To be honest, today’s card was an adventure to create. As I mentioned above, I pulled my craft room apart. Not just a good clean, but I moved and reorganized the furniture too. What a disaster it was while I was in the middle of it all. So when I went to create today’s card, all the supplies that have been in the same place for the last 2 years has now been relocated. It took me longer to remember where I had put things than it did to create the card.
There are a few things different with today’s card. I did not use designer series paper but stamped the matted layer and added texture with the Tasteful Textile emboss folder (152718). The sentiment was added using the Double Oval Punch (154242).
I didn’t forget the inside of today’s card. I die cut a flower that was used on the front of the card and added it to the inside while I was back in the craft room creating with the In Bloom stamp set.
