Hello my crafty friends! I am back today with a special post with cards I created during our Better Your Best February meeting. What is that you ask?
Well, each quarter, as a team, we get to celebrate our achievements. Julie Gilson creates make & takes for us to create and we also play bingo during the meeting for bundle prizes. This month was no different. Julie created with the Fragrant Flowers bundle and created beautiful make & takes. If you remember the Favored Flowers 12 x 12 designer series paper in the Sale-a-bration catalog, it will make you think of the Fragrant Flowers bundle. Why? Because the dsp goes with the bundle.
If you would like to participate in our quarterly meeting, follow this link and join my team! Now is the time, there are 3 options to join that are amazing.
Unfortunately, I did not purchase the bundle, so I had to substitute with something I already had. I chose the Blessings of Home bundle. Let’s take a look.

Aren’t these projects gorgeous? Those flowers from the Blessings of Home bundle are just gorgeous. I embossed them in silver and water colored the image for both cards. For the treat holder, I cheated and fussy cut one of the flowers from the Favored Flowers dsp.

Here is the first card. I embossed the background with the Timeworn Type 3D EF. Like I said above, the flower was embossed in silver using the Blessings of Home bundle.

Look how pretty the image looks on this card. And just like the first card, the inside is very simple.

Turns out, the flower that I fussy cut from the designer series paper looks beautiful!
I will be recreating this treat box during my Thursday night livestream at 7 PM (est).
