What a month it has been here at Gal Friday Stamping. As you know, each and every week I showcase a stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to show how versatile each and every stamp set. This week I have taken a step back to clean my house. I am in my craft room each and every day of the week but this month I have also had to schedule in shoveling snow, and it has kicked my butt. That is the reason I stepped back and decided to clean my house. So our focus is designer series paper this week.
Designer series paper adds magic to our cards and fills that empty space created with just card stock. But what if you just used designer series paper without stamps? What do you think the results will be? Using just designer series paper on your cards creates beauty all on its own. As you can see from the cards posted this week there is nothing like beautiful designer series paper. Let’s take a look at today’s card.

Couldn’t be Easier
Very simple card using beautiful designer paper and rococo rose. The card base is rococo rose, with a layer of Love You Always foil and the Prized Peony designer series paper. After laying the dsp onto the front of the card, I picked out a flower on the card that I wanted to focus on and colored it with Stampin’ Blends. Once I fussy cut the flower, I popped that flower up in the correct spot and added a bow. Simple yet beautiful.

If you would like to learn more about card making, and you love creating with paper why not join my team. You can get all the information here. Creating every day keeps my sanity in this crazy world. Once I open the door to my craft space the rest of the world disappears.
