Stampin' Blends from Stampin' Up

Let me tell you a bit about me…

Coloring has always intrigued me and I love art. So in 2015 I decided to jump into using Spectrum Noir markers. There is a learning curve with coloring and it takes practice. Practice I did, every single day. I was loving it so very much I decided to get my Certification in Spectrum Noir markers and passed in October of 2015. My next hurdle was Copics. I began growing my collection of Copics because I loved the look of coloring using them. Once I began using the Copics for a few months I decided to become Certified using Copic markers, and that is what I did. After taking many classes over the years I have learned so many tips and tricks and can honestly say I am still learning. YOU CAN LEARN TOO.

There are many classes available today that you can take to learn to color. Each class has a different subscription amount, I know, I have taken many of them. Believe me I learned so much.

Learn to Color for just $3.00 a month

Since I have learned so much with each class that I took, I have decided to share that knowledge with you. I receive many compliments on my cards that contain an image that needs to be colored , see some of my coloring samples below. With that decision came Patreon. For just $3.00 a month you too can start the Coloring class with Gal Friday.

Each month I create three coloring videos. During the month of January the coloring videos were all about coloring skin. You may ask why three videos for skin, but that is because I show you how to color using Copics, pencils and Stampin’ Blends. Here are the images that were colored using the “Hey Girlfriend” stamp set from Stampin’ Up!

There are three tiers on my Patreon and you can find more information HERE.

Here are a few samples of what I have colored in the past.

This takes time and lots of practice. I have a style that is all my own, and I have developed it after taking classes from many different colorists.
