It has been a busy weekend here at Gal Friday Stamping. There was so much yard work that I needed to do because the weather has finally gotten a bit warmer. So there was lots of winter clean up. I have to say that I missed creating over the weekend. With that in mind, I decided to create today with the Dragonfly Garden stamp set using gilded leafing.
The card was created with Basic Black, Mossy Meadow and the Dandy Garden designer series paper. The designer series paper is retiring with the Annual Catalog.
The gilded leafing on the front of the card is much more bright and shiny then the gold emboss powder. You can see the difference of the two products by looking at the card that was created on Friday right HERE. I also stamped the dragonfly on vellum and placed Daffodil Delight behind the vellum.
Looking at this beautiful designer series paper, I can tell you that I pulled lots of dandelion weeds from my gardens, so this paper is perfect!
Of course I did not forget the inside of the card. I pulled the image from the front of the Dragonfly Garden stamp set using gilded leafing to the inside of the card. But I stamped the image inside with Daffodil Delight so that you can write your message over the image.
Thank you so much for visiting today! I missed crafting over the weekend. I will be creating every day this week.
