Hello there my crafty friends! Welcome to this weeks showcase using the Hydrangea Hill Suite from the 2021 Jan – June Mini catalog. I wanted to focus on some spring themed cards this week because they are calling for snow today. It has been a long winter so far and we all need some beautiful flowers. The hydrangea hill set will definitely fulfill the need for florals.
For my card today, I wanted to showcase products from the suite called Hydrangea Hill. Have you had a chance to take a look at this suite? It has beautiful florals, with calming colors of purples, greens, blues and pinks. Some of my favorite colors at different times in the year. If you love flowers then this is the suite for you.

Look at the gorgeous purples layered upon each other. Most of the card focuses on the designer series paper. It is a lush combination of all the colors and florals I love. Lilacs are my favorite flower. With that in mind, the hydrangea reminds me of lilacs. The hydrangea, on the front of the card has been stamped and die cut. I used the same technique with the leaves.

In the center of the card I used the Ornate Layers dies. These layer dies are amazing and are perfect for feminine cards. To make the lacy die cuts even more feminine, I layered the die cuts with designer series paper. It draws your eyes to the center of the card. To add a bit more focus on the center of the card, I added the die cut flower and added layers of ovals for the sentiment.
The inside of the card is stamped with plenty of space left to add a personal note. Don’t forget the inside!
