Let’s take a look at today’s project. Follow the link to see the card that was created yesterday with the same bundle.
The card starts with Gray Granite card base. I added a layer of Basic Black and designer series paper that will be released with the new catalog. I stamped the hippo in Slate Gray and memento ink. It is a 3 step stamp technique. He is cut with the coordinating die and popped up onto an embossed layer of Basic White that was adhered to the Basic Black frame using another die from this set. This is such an adorable bundle so let’s celebrate a hippo birthday with the hippo stamp.
There are some awesome dies in the Hippo & Friends die collection. There are coordinating dies for the images, and dies that are perfect for sentiments. Plus there are layering frames that totals 25 dies.
For the inside of the card, which I did not forget, I used the squiggly die and adhered some of the balloons.
