It has been a rough week in very many ways. I was hoping that September would be better than August but that didn’t happen, unfortunately. So this week I decided to start my weekly showcase a day early. So let’s jump into Autumn before October gets here.
This week I am using the Time for Giving bundle from Stampin’ Up! This bundle can be used with a variety of colors for Autumn and that snowy season ahead. You can find this bundle in the 2021 Mini Catalog.

Color Palette
Today, I wanted something light and fresh to start out the week using subtle colors. I also did not have any silver foil card stock and instead used silver emboss powder for one of the layers. Don’t you just love the texture the embossing powder created.
In using the silver embossing powder, I grabbed a piece of Basic White, lined the edges with tear & tape and sprinkled with the powder. This layer ties in with the embossing I did on the front of the card. I also used the Soft Succulent stamp pad by stamping and stamping off. There is also a hint of Crumb Cake on the front for the wheat.

Of course I did not forget about the inside of the card. I stamped off the leaves using Soft Succulent. You will see when you open this stamp set the leaves are attached on one stamp. The die by the way does cut them separately. I do love the look of them falling with the direction they are created on the stamp.
