After a busy week of yard work and cleaning the house, I made it to the weekend! Thank goodness! I needed a day to create because I missed heading to the craft room every day. But today I created a simple Saturday note card using Forever Blossoms from Stampin’ Up!
I simply stamped the note card and added a bit of coloring. When you need a quick card to let someone know they are special that is all you need to do.

Such a simple card but ever so pretty. The base of the card is a Basic White note card with a layer of Petal Pink card stock. I stamped the Petal Pink layer with one of the stamps from the set in Petal Pink. The image is stamped with memento and colored with Petal Pink and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends. Unfortunately, when I added the ribbon I realized that it is retired.

The dies that coordinate with this stamp set are perfect! They allow you to pop up the image on the front of the card with no problem.
The detail and font in this set is absolutely beautiful. And as you can see from the photo of the dies below the possibilities would be endless in creating with this set.
Most importantly, do not forget the inside of the card. Even my simple Saturday note card using Forever Blossoms needs a finished inside! I pulled the flowers I stamped on the Petal Pink to the inside of the card and added the sentiment.
You can see my last Simple Saturday card HERE. I used the Hey Girlfriend image that I colored for my Patreon class.
