Welcome back to another day of Hydrangea Hill. Today I have created a simple card that anyone can create. Let’s take a look at this card in full as Hydrangea Hill Wednesday Showcase. Join me tomorrow night as I recreate this card during my live. Want to join me? Sign up at Gal Friday Stamping Group. Or get more links HERE.

Hydrangea Hill Suite from Stampin' UP! Released in the new 2021 Jan - June Mini Catalog

I have created my own embossed background with this card, and will be showing you this amazing technique tomorrow night. The box is an added bonus with today’s card. The reason for creating it was to see if I could use the Mercury Glass Acetate to create it. By the way, it worked!

Creating with the Hydrangea Hill suite has been fun. Today’s weekly showcase card uses Rococo Rose and Misty Moonlight card stock. I also added a piece of the designer series paper from the suite. You will see tomorrow why I did that.

Mercury Glass Designer Acetate sheet from the Hydrangea Hill Suite.

Here is another look at the mercury glass acetate box. I stamped the large hydrangea flower head and added the smaller flowers to create a 3D look.

Using the Ornate Layers dies on the inside of the card pulls that element from the front of the card. The designer series paper is layered on one of the Ornate Layers die also. As I always say, don’t forget the inside.

Thank you for joining me for Hydrangea Hill Wednesday Showcase.
