Happy Tuesday! Let’s continue creating today with the Peekaboo Farm stamp set. Did I mention how sweet this set is? The little animals will bring a smile to anyone’s face. Today I wanted to create a quick and easy birthday card for that December birthday.
I wanted to add a touch of designer series paper for Christmas, but I also wanted to use a stencil mask and my Stampin’ Blend brushes. And that is exactly what I did for today’s card.

For the front of the card, I layers the card stock and designer series paper. I popped up the striped and sentiment layer. The striped stenciling mask was included inn the Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite. To stamp the sentiment I used my Stamparatus. I wanted to make sure that the sentiment was stamped on to the layer straight. Next I stamped and colored the horse from the Peekaboo Farm stamp set and colored him/her with blends. He/she is popped up to look like he/she is looking over the sentiment.
Color Palette
I will be adding the colors of the Stampin’ Blends I used also to the color palette. For the horse, I also used Ivory and Bronze blends.

Of course I did not forget the inside of the card. I stamped the horse again and added some designer series paper.

Let’s take a look at the products I used to create today’s card for that December birthday. Note: I used designer series paper that is no longer available.
