This month we pulled out our water painters, ink, stamp pads and pencils and did a few water coloring techniques. We celebrated July ~ World Water Coloring Month!
It may seem a bit intimidating, but with practice, you too can watercolor your stamped images. The two cards I am going to show you today, were done using a no line water coloring. This no line water coloring makes you look like an artist. The second technique is a water coloring an embossed image or water coloring resist. Let’s take a look.

The flowers comes from the Cottage Rose stamp set. I stamped and water colored the flower using the no line water coloring technique. This technique is the no line water coloring technique. The background layer is also a faux water coloring technique. Want to see how I created the background and flower? Head over to my video.

The second card is embossed in white, and water colored with some of my favorite colors.

Take a close look at the inside to see the embossed flower on the inside of the card. Just a quick and easy inside to the card.
Hope you enjoyed joining me on this July ~ World Water Coloring Month experience. I loved being able to share my love of card making.
