Magic Slider/Easel Card using “Hey Girlfriend”

It is Thursday and you know what that means! It means that it is Thursday Night Live with Gal Friday. Each Thursday at 7PM(est) in my group Gal Friday Stamping I recreate today’s posted card. Today’s card is a Magic Slider/Easel Card using the “Hey Girlfriend” stamp set. This will be the only card I create tonight because it is a bit involved and knowing that everyone’s time is precious, I am keeping it to one card.

The Hey Girlfriend stamp set is from the Annual Catalog. This Stamp Set includes fun sentiments and imagery to let someone know you’re thinking of them. Inspired by Million Sales Achiever April Lopez. I love this stamp set because it allows me to color her skin, hair and clothes with Stampin’ Blends showing that you can bring the images to life.

She is so very pretty and ready for her party. When you look at the front of the card, it is in black and white. Pull that string on the top of the image and just like magic she appears!

How fun is that? From black and white to color. Secondly, I created this card to be an easel card so you can enjoy the slider part of the card while looking at the inside. You know you just can not forget the inside of the card.

On the inside of the card, there is space to add your message. It is also festive and fun with the added balloons. The front of the card will now be able to tuck behind the “Happy Birthday” sentiment so that it stands.
