Phew, can you believe it is Thursday already? So what is so special about Thursday? Thursday means I am getting ready for another Thursday Night live today. Thank goodness I am all ready to go. The Thursday night live trio theme will be the Hydrangea Hill Suite. The reason for using the set is that I have been showcasing this set all week.

Join me tonight as I recreate this trio of projects using the Hydrangea Hill Suite

Let’s take a look

The trio I will be creating tonight will include two greeting cards and an adorable purse. Tonight’s purse was inspired by my friend Mary Eastridge. I fell in love when I saw her purse. Honestly, I am not sure how she put hers together. But my purse tonight uses one sheet of 12 x 12 designer series paper.

The two greeting cards include one fun fold and one that focuses on an embossed layer. The embossing was created by me with a simple and fun technique that I am very excited to share with you tonight.

How pretty is this card? I never considered combining Rococo Rose and Misty Moonlight card stock. Tonight I will show the same design using different colors.

This card I posted yesterday on my blog with that cute little mercury glass acetate box. If you noticed, the outer layer of the card looks embossed. Looks can be deceiving. I used a really fun technique to give it an embossed look. Join me tonight, and I will show you how the outer layer is created.

Here is a close up of the purse. I created the purse with one sheet of 12 x 12 designer series paper and a few strips of a coordinating color. Big shout out to Mary Eastridge for the inspiration.

Hope to see you tonight during my Thursday Night Live. It will be a night of fun, creativity and conversation.
