Happy Valentine’s Day! Valentine’s day does not mean the same thing it use to when I was younger, that’s for sure. But I wanted to create a romantic birthday card using the Flowing Flowers stamp set for anyone with a Valentine’s Day Birthday.

I didn’t use reds or pinks; I wanted a neutral color and nothing flashy. Sometimes we get caught up on having to use lots of colors. I am like that. Many of the cards I create are bold, but today is different. I wanted something romantic and neutral.

You will notice also that I have an envelope in the photo. We are striving for no naked envelopes this year. Decorated envelopes do get noticed. When I brought my mail into the Post Office over the weekend, the post lady didn’t want to cover the image on the envelope with the stamp. She also mentioned how pretty the envelope looked. No naked envelopes this year!

I didn’t add the sentiment to the outside, but I did add it to the inside. I added Happy Birthday, but this card can be used for anniversaries or any other special occasion.

Don't forget the inside of the card.
