This week during my Thursday night live, I decided to focus on cards for those who need a bit of a pick me up. Wishing a Speedy Recovery is an important pick me up. I know because being a caretaker for my husband, I see the ups and down of not feeling well.
Let’s take a look at the projects.

There is a PDF for this week’s cards, and it can be downloaded at the end of the blog.
This first card uses a few different die sets and I have paper pieced the tissue box to match the dsp background. Because I wanted to use all the images in the set, I stamped the inside with the bouquet of flowers and colored the image with Stampin’ Write markers.

Taking a look at the second card, I wanted to give the teacup a bit of a shine. So, I used my Stamparatus so I could stamp the image in the appropriate color, color in the details of the cup and restamp using VersaMark. The cup is embossed in clear embossing powder. I kept the inside very basic.

The third project of the night was a small box for a travel sized pack of tissues. Nothing fancy but it does the trick.

If you would like to recreate these projects, don’t forget to download the PDF below. If you would like to see the replay of my live, you can see it here.
